In the land of organizers, here’s what I think really matters and what we love most about Kelly.  She is:

• Trustworthy.  Organizing an entire home/way of life is an intimate process.  Working with someone who is trustworthy, patient and non-judgmental and is absolutely critical. 

• Brilliant.  It’s not enough to be smart and creative… finding a way to piece it all together (while also thinking outside the box) is what she does best.  She has seen how we really live and use our home and has transformed the way we use our space.

• A driver.  She pushes us to be better, keeps us on task, finds kind ways to tell us where to improve (thank you for the reminder that certain counters are hot lava!!) and also proactively fixes problems, in general, but really fixes the ones that change quality of life.  Dim lighting issue – called the electrician to make it better.  Door that we keep saying we’ll fix – called the handyman and got it done.  The list goes on an don.

The only reason I would consider reverting back to our old ways would be to have more Kelly in our lives.
